Ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you. Anyone can use this form, including people without an account. We will email you to confirm once your request has been processed.

How deletion works

  1. Submit this form with the email address linked to your account.
  2. We confirm the request by email and verify that you control the address.
  3. Your account and personal data are deleted within 30 days, and we email you once it is done.

What is deleted

Your account and profile, course enrollments and learning progress, quiz results, certificates, uploaded files, messages, and notification tokens.

What we keep

Purchase and billing records that Learnkasts is legally required to retain are kept for the statutory retention period and then deleted. Anonymized statistics that can no longer identify you may also be retained.
