By using LearnKasts you agree to our acceptable use policy, respect intellectual property rights, and comply with local regulations governing course content and data processing.

Trainers must only upload material they have rights to share. Learners agree not to redistribute course assets outside the platform. Violation may result in suspension or removal.

Payments, refunds, and revenue-sharing follow the rules defined inside your trainer dashboard. Any disputes are handled according to your jurisdiction and our arbitration policy.
