About

Built for African educators, from the ground up.

Most teaching platforms are built for educators in the United States, priced in dollars, and tuned for a payment stack your learners do not use. We built the one we wished existed instead.

Why we exist

Africa is full of educators with something to teach and no good home to teach from.

Two patterns kept showing up. A career coach in Lagos charging her clients on three different WhatsApp threads. A bootcamp in Accra trying to bolt cohort behaviour onto a YouTube channel. A skills academy in Mauritius juggling Zoom, Mailchimp, Calendly and PayPal just to run one programme.

They all wanted the same thing: a single platform that took their currency, paid into their bank, ran the cohort properly, and looked like the brand they had been building all along.

Learnkasts is that platform. Built locally, priced locally, paid locally.

What we believe.

Four things that shape every decision we make about the product.

African-first is not a feature

Local-currency checkout, payouts to a local bank, cards your learners actually have. These are the floor, not the ceiling.

Calm beats clever

No dark patterns, no countdown timers, no upgrade nags inside the product. The fastest way to lose a teaching business is to make it noisy.

Inclusion is the foundation

Captions, screen reader, sign-language avatar and seven languages on day one. Built with the Mastercard Foundation's accessibility-first standard.

The educator owns the audience

Your domain, your colours, your data. We do not sit between you and your learners. If you leave, you leave with everything.
