Learnkasts is a small team building a calm, durable platform for African educators. We open roles when we are sure we need them, and we keep them open until the right person finds us: not until the quota fills.

Remote-first

Most of us work from Lagos, Accra, Nairobi or Mauritius. The rest are anywhere within ±3h of WAT. We meet in person twice a year.

Deep work

No standing meetings before 11am. Two no-meeting days a week. We protect maker time the way other companies protect their burn rate.

Honest pay

We publish salary ranges on every role and pay the top of the range when we make an offer. Same band whether you negotiate or not.

Customer Research Intern

Two jobs in one. First, talk to African educators about how they grow their teaching businesses: the channels they use, the offers that work, and where the friction is. Second, map which Learnkasts features they reach for most often. You will write a short, clean, sourced report every week that the product team can act on.

Short intro chat (30 min)

You and a founder. We answer your questions before you answer ours.

Take-home or live exercise (2–4h)

A real problem we have shipped. Paid if it goes past 60 minutes. We send the spec ahead of time.

Team conversation (60 min)

You meet two future teammates. No whiteboard, no trivia: we talk about the exercise and how you would have done it differently.

References + offer

We check two references. We tell you the range up-front. The offer matches it.
