I am Temitope, a seasoned Senior Software Engineer and Founder with over a decade of experience in building scalable, high-performance web applications. Throughout my career, I have collaborated with global companies such as Waldo Contacts in the UK and Accounteer in Belgium, which a Ghanaian startup later acquired. Currently, I serve as a Senior Software Engineer at Cause Strategy Partners in New York, USA, where I develop innovative solutions to streamline nonprofit board leadership placements. Beyond my engineering career, I am the Founder of BeautySpace, a platform dedicated to revolutionizing the beauty industry by leveraging technology to enhance user experiences and business growth. My entrepreneurial journey has allowed me to blend technical expertise with strategic leadership, driving innovation and efficiency in the tech and beauty sectors. Olajide Elizabeth is the Co-founder and Success Lead at LearnKasts, where she focuses on customer success, operational support, and ensuring educators and organisations achieve measurable value from the platform. She holds a B.Sc. in Accounting from Ekiti State University and brings over six years of banking and customer-facing experience from Stanbic IBTC Bank, where she worked in tellering and later as an Asset Custodian. Her background in financial operations, customer service, accountability, and process management strengthens LearnKasts' approach to customer onboarding, retention, and long-term success.

To me, customer support goes beyond answering questions; it’s about ensuring every individual feels heard, valued, and genuinely supported. I have hands-on experience with email, live chat, and phone support, with a strong focus on resolving issues efficiently while maintaining high standards of care. In addition, I’ve expanded into healthcare as a Medical Virtual Assistant, supporting doctors, clinics, and private practices with essential administrative tasks so they can focus more on patient care. My experience spans AI and workflow automation, web development, data analysis, and machine learning, with hands-on experience using tools and technologies such as Python, JavaScript, React, PHP, SQL, n8n, Vapi, OpenAI API, Airtable, Git, and Scikit-learn, among others. I am a curious and continuous learner who enjoys turning new ideas into working solutions. I am passionate about continuously growing my skills and using technology to make a meaningful impact.
