Hosting Live Sessions

Run real-time video classes with your students using built-in live session tools.

Navigate to live sessions

From your Trainer Dashboard, click "Live Sessions" in the sidebar. This shows your upcoming, ongoing, and past live sessions. Click "Schedule Session" to create a new one.

Schedule a new session

Enter session title, description, date, start time, and expected duration. Select which course or cohort can join. Set whether it's free or requires enrollment.

Configure session settings

Choose participant limits, enable/disable chat, allow screen sharing, and set recording preferences. You can also add co-hosts who can help manage the session.

Start your live session

When it's time, click "Start Session" on the scheduled session. Your camera and microphone will be requested. Students see a "Join" button on their dashboard.

Manage during the session

Use the control bar to mute/unmute, toggle video, share screen, and manage participants. Monitor the chat for questions. You can spotlight speakers or mute disruptive attendees.

End and follow up

Click "End Session" when done. The recording (if enabled) processes automatically. Share the replay link with students who missed it. Check attendance reports in analytics.
