Setting Up Your Trainer Subdomain

Access subdomain settings

From Trainer Dashboard, go to Settings → "Subdomain" or "Custom URL". This is where you claim and configure your personalized trainer URL.

Choose your subdomain

Enter your preferred subdomain name (e.g., "johndoe" becomes johndoe.learnkasts.com). Keep it short, memorable, and professional. Check availability before confirming.

Verify and activate

Once you choose an available name, click "Claim Subdomain". Your personalized URL is active immediately. Share this link instead of the default trainer profile URL.

Customize your landing page

Your subdomain shows a branded landing page with your courses, bio, and social links. Customize colors, featured courses, and welcome message from the settings.

Share your subdomain

Add your subdomain to business cards, social media bios, and email signatures. It's your professional teaching URL that's easy for students to remember.

Change subdomain (if needed)

To change your subdomain, go back to settings. Note: changing it breaks old links. Only change if absolutely necessary. Redirect old links if possible.
